Are spaces available?

Perhaps, please email your interest through. If we are full at the time of your enquiry you can opt to be placed on our waiting list.

Are there shared tools and workshop equipment for me to use?

No. You will need to have your own tools and equipment and knowledge of how to use them. As a community of makers help and guidance is fostered.

Are we open to the public?

No. FML is a workshop environment and public access can be hazardous. To view potential spaces to rent or to meet a maker please arrange a visit via email.

What are the hours of operation?

The premises is open to active members at all times. Respect to neighbours is an important consideration for memembers when working out-of-hours.

Do I need to actively make in my space?

Yes. It’s a workshop environment. Making is essential. All spaces need to be actively used as making spaces and we ask that a ‘Maker’s Statement’ is provided when applying for a space. A from will be sent to you at the time of application to assist with this.

What size spaces are available?

Typically 30m2 per space. Though all spaces vary.
